Sewing bags and quilts and nick-nacks. i also like to knit and to crochet. i do like drawing, but i assume that no one will ever see an actual piece of art from me ;) i'm always looking for challenge and love to try something new!
i am addicted to fabrics, truely, but i try to reuse very much. as i wrote, i really love to recycle and i try to live green, so if you are recycling, you got me right away. i love bold and popping colors, but also b&w. pastells, bold prints and tiny flowers. if you like it, i like it too. but my favorite color so far is green in all its shades. i really like polka dots, gingham and madras. and i love shiny and sparkling things. i love action figures ( i own 2 lucha libre fighters, some transformers, mr T and a nasty boy (90s wrestler) ;). i like neutrals, well, there isn't much i dislike, but if i have to name a color i hate, than its BEIGE (or tan?). i have two sweet cats, and my favourite animal so far is a naked mole rat. but i like most of the animals ( that i know, maybe i am nerdy, but i like watching animal documentaries and my secret whish is to become a gamekeeper...) i think i am just not interested in amphibians... i love thriftshopping and i love ceramics. i love ZAKKA and i already tried my hand at sashiko embroidery.
i love love "6 feet under"! my favourite so far(but sadly i don't own it). i do like "californication" very much AND i love "star trek". i've got a thing for "ugly betty" too.
what i would like to receive:
crocheted/ knitted washcloth
fancy pincushions (like one you put on your wrist. i would love to have one of these)
ribbons, trims, bias tape (like leftovers from quilt projects)
yarn ( of course recycled is very appreciated)
in germany, i don't really have acces to those cool designer fabrics (michael miller, amy butler, alexander henry) - so if you have some scraps lying around, that you no longer need, i would be happy to receive them for my quilting projects
a cute needlebook - i don't own one and often loose needles
something nice for my two lovely cats
a drawing/ painting/ print (i always look out for some nice artwork at thriftstores -it does not have to be "high art", i look out for random/cute/creepy stuff)
sewing notions
vintage beads and stuff (i really have a thing for big and kitschy jewerly, like big plastic bead necklaces from the 60s/ 70s or rhinestonebroches from the 50s, i use broken jewerly to make new pieces)
baking recipes (i don't cook - never - but i love to bake)
quiltpatterns
quiltleftovers
lonley quiltblocks, that need a loving home
i love chocolate and gummy treats. i'm curious to taste something from your country
something that reflects the region you live in
something, that reflects YOU
crochet hook/ knitting needle roll
sewing patterns
vintage tea towels
a mix cd
knitted socks - love them
embroidery patterns
(used) twilight books ( i haven't read them yet and i'd like to exercise my english)
(handmade) christmas ornaments
vintage crafting notions (like a weaving loom)

Oh that was for the Jewelry finding swap!
I think your package got lost in the mail to karenchristine13 as I can't image that you would sent to one and not the other. Please contact Karenchristine13 regarding this. Thank you!
