About Me

I am a,crazy fabric collector,and I am quilt crazy but I also knit, smock, crochet and love to laugh! I have 10 cockateils(all rescued from abusive homes) and a 1 1/2 year old puppy named Oliver. I love flowers but cannot have any in the house as the birds will destroy them! I walk miles every day with the puppy. Hubby still works (poor boy) I love purples and blues and reds... I hate crazy quilts ! I am a traditionalist! I collect dragonfly fabric and have dragonflies all over my house!

I love Country music Don Williams especially but he is retired now ! Easy listening guess...

Favorite Movies

I love movies that make me laugh, or have a little cry.... I adore Rene Zelwagger (spelling?) and have always had a soft spot for Patrick Swayze and am so sad that he is no longer with us.. I have worn out several copies of "Dirty Dancing"... but another favorite is "Shirley Valentine"

Favorite Television

The TV is always on, but not watched! I need the noise... However, I love "Desperate Housewives" and Greys Anatomy"..I LOVE the new show - A Good Wife...

Favorite Crafts

I LOVE receiving HAND MADE fabric postcards. As a fabric junkie and and obsessed quilter, to me they are just a little piece of heaven. I do prefer postcards to be the usual size... 4 x 6, and if that is the recommended size in the swap I will NOT rate a 5 if they are HUGE..... slight size variations OK but not HUGE...... Reason... I keep them in an album to enjoy for years.... That is just me, because I really do like POSTCARDS. PS.. no extras... I appreciate the thought BUT it is just the card... NAKED.. OK
