My explanations : Between January-February, Jakarta had a heavy rain everyday and flood happened around here almost 1 month(between that months). Because all of bad ratings came from the deadline between January-February. Yesterday I asked my post office who sent my all of my swaps out to worldwide, "Why all of my mails I've put at that time hasn't reach their destination yet until right now, not like usual(unusual because my post office always sent all of mails immediately after we've put there and so far all of my mails never lost or late arrived)?". The post man on my post office gave me the same reasons as my thought.

AS Α NOTE, I will never be a flaker and always send my swaps out on time or early after partners are assigned. Post Office in Indonesia sometimes are slow going out, please be patient especially if you lives in USA(in case it takes maximum 4 weeks until my mail reach you). If I send my swaps late, I will always send both of my partners and the coordinator with the reason.
