My middle name is Jane. Which always sounds to me a bit plain (I didn't mean to make this rhyme!) I'm not entirely sure where it came from aside from the fact that my mother wanted us all to have the same initials so both me and my sister are TJ's. My mum said it was so she could open our mail to prevent fights but there could be more of a significance to it...
My middle name is Marie (first name Lesley). It's also my grandmother's middle name (my mom's mom). My dad chose my first name but it has no family significance. My grandmother is still living and she's very proud to share her middle name with me. :)
Hello; welcome to Swap-bot! I'm one of your partners for "Super Simple Swap: The Middle Name Game." My middle name is Crista -- it's not that unusual of a name, but the spelling is a bit different. I was named for (of all things) a Christian broadcasting/media group based in the Seattle area; my parents liked the sound and spelling, so they made it my middle name! And, just by coincidence, I grew up to become a broadcaster, so I guess it was a good choice! P.S. Looks like we have the same birthday, though I'm quite a bit older than you. ;-) Happy almost birthday!
