About Me

I am returning to swapping after a 2 year break! In the last few months my life has changed radically- I now have an amazing baby girl and am a stay at home mom! I am also a military spouse and have a sweet four legged baby who is as spoiled as my 2 legged baby.

Favorite Kinds of Swaps!

I really enjoy letter writing, recipe and journal swaps. Book swaps are also high on my list! I tend to like swaps that can fit in just a regular envelope, for some reason seeing those in the mail box just makes me so happy!

Favorite Books

I love any books really, trying to pick a favorite is like asking me to pick my favorite child. It's just mean. I will read just about anything that is well written or has enough plot to keep me guessing. Basically I'm a book slut.

Comment: ooooh... a bright big heavy Christmas package was waiting on my steps today!!! What a nice happy thing to come home to! I am going to put it right under my tree... well, I am going to put it in the spot where my tree will be :) and open it Christmas Eve! Thank you (I already love it and haven't even opened it!)

Comment: Thank you for my purple package. The series looks fun (and purple does not seem like a stretch-besides, it is a great color). I love the book mark. Sadly, one of the chocolate bars expired, but the other is fine, so there's plenty to taste. How had I not known Klingon blood is purple? I am confident there is a shade of purple magnificence just waiting to be discovered, and worn, by you.

Comment: Amy, your letter was so sweet! You definitely do have a lot of things to be thankful for! I was just in Pensacola, Santa Rosa Island, to be exact, 2 weeks ago and it was soooo beautiful :)

Almost bought that same one for myself the other day, but wouldn't spend the extra $$ on it. =) I'll be sitting down with that in my 'The other End of the Leash' book with some of that tea tonight after the kid goes to bed. AND all the puppers LOVE the treats. I can't imagine they'll last long around here with my hungry munchers. =) I really wish I could give you LOTS of hearts for this package. You totally rock, and I very much appreciate the extra thought and effort that went into this wonderful package. It's packages like this that make swapping all that much better! Oh, thank you for the Bibliophilic Christmas box!! I loved opening it Christmas morning, and they do look like books I might enjoy. :) My daughter wrote her college honors thesis on Alice in Wonderland so she is very interested in reading the Alice books, too!
