Well I ended up saying boo LOL I couldn't stand it anymore. I have nothing against CHB but I understand where you were coming from. And to me, that was the only thing that needed addressed, nothing else. I hope this incident won't scare you away!
I just sent off an ATC I made with that cummings quote! :) It's one of my favorites, too. That must be a sign. :) I also came to add my support to you. You're a good person. You don't deserve any of what was said or happened in that thread. Chin up. There is a lot of good in the world. Focus on that. On a happier note, I have an aunt who worked in Dubai until recently. You are a lucky duck to get to have that experience. I hope you are having a good adventure there. It has so many remarkable and beautiful things to discover. :)
I, too, came here to write you about what happened to you in the forum. Yes, they sure can turn something you complain about around on you. I don't feel you did anything wrong. Even if you posted her name, I don't think you did anything wrong. I've gotten bashed there 2 times.....one started by someone else and the 2nd time I complained about something and it all got turned back around on me. So I just read the forums now and never say "boo" there. And I surely won't go posting a complaint there either. Lesson learned! Have fun here, there are plenty of nice swappers :)
Sorry you got attacked by the "clique" in the forums, just don't let that set of "ladies" sway you from swap-bot. Its a lot of fun if you don't go in the forums. That clique of ladies are brutal. They gang up on everyone. Watch I'll be next for posting this :]
