I know, it sure is a small world to be randomly allocated partners again! :) I asked the post office why the letter could be taking so long, and I think for numerous reasons, but because I sent a regular second hand stamp on a larger letter + weight, I think it might not be the correct price for it, but the lady at the Post Office said to wait a couple more days, just in case!
