Hi! My name is Melissa. I have an amazing daughter, home, and man. I love life! I am a very creative, down to earth, think outside of the box type of lady! I have two kitty cats and a black lab. I believe laughter is a big key to a healty life. I am a Jill of all trades master of a few! My full time job is being a mom and my part time jobs are photography, framing and tupperware! I love being around people and just having a good time. I am not a big drinker nor do I smoke. I use to have pen pals before my daughter was born, but once she came about life got a bit busy. Now that I am in my big house I would love to enjoy going to the mail box agian! I prefer to have pen pals that are female. I am not looking for any romance, just good friends!
I have to say the number one enjoyable reads are from Nicholas Sparks! AMAZING writer!! I really enjoy insprational books as well. Reading is a joy that I don't make enough time for, but it would be nice to get a pen pal whom likes to read and maybe we can read a book and share our thoughts about it!
I love all kinds of music. Country is awesome. Soft rock is great. I love music that speaks to you. Good music that makes you want to dance is always good too!
I love comedy's! Drama's are awesome too, but I have to say a good action movie is great in our theater room!
I have a very creative side. I love to stamp, scrap book, cross stich, and do crafts with my daughter. We have paper mached things for school projects and we love to make stepping stones. We have a framing company and I love to be creative with our software and michines! I love stickers too! Writing a good letter and making it look cute with stickers is always fun!!
I have been doing photography since 2001. I love being able to capture photos and tell a story with them. To me, a photo just isn't a picture, but it is a memory captured for ever. In life as we grow old the only true thing we have is the memories of our life. I have been blessed with photographing for major dance and cheer competitions for the past 6 years and before that I captured the memories of babies. It is amazing to look back on the photos of my own daughter and see how much she has grown over the years. I believe that through my God given talent of photography, I am able to give people a way to hold on to a memory for a life time. My slogan for my business is, "The Vision of Now, is the Enlightment of Your Future." If you want to see what I do, check me out at www.thevisionphotography.com
The love of my life owns a memory framing company. He custom makes frames to preserve photos for people. His work is along the same lines of my work, and that capturing a memory and telling a story to be displayed so it can be talked about and remembered for many many years! If you need a custom frame for a life event such as a new baby, baptisim, children sports, graduation, wedding or anniversary check out the website at www.theframingplace.com

Hi! I love your profile. :-) I would love to do a bookclub kind of swap with you. Have you read any books by Sark or maybe Jonathon Livingston Seagull? And my uncle gave me a set of tools in a matching toolbox that were baby blue & said Ms. Fixit on them when I was 18. I wore them out , but sure do miss my pretty girlie tools. :-) Have a great week! I hope we get to swap soon- you sound like a blast. I'm looking for new penpals & Tupperware, too, so we should definitely get together!
Hello! Your comment about wanting all-pink tools just tickles me. :] When I first started college, my mom bought me a girly pink toolkit in a pink tote from Walmart. It was just a little thing with a few basic tools. They are the best! It made using them not feel like a huge pain in the butt. They have "fashion" tools now; I've seen some with funky prints and colors.
I would love to see your animals! Black labs are my favorite dogs. They are so energetic and tons of fun and BIG!
I am a huge book worm. I have a Kindle and have more books that I will probably ever have time to read. You mention being interested in a penpal that likes books. Maybe you should check out the Cup & Chaucer group. They almost always have fun book-related swaps. I'm not sure if you are religious at all, but since you say you enjoy inspirational literature, have you read The Shack? I have heard tons of praise for it.
Thanks for joining the swap, and it was fun getting to know you!

Hello! I read you would like to get a total pink set of tools, I think is a very deliciuos idea! But I've never seen this kind of tools :-) . Do you love candles? I do. I love candles, but I don't have much places in my room. I love the Ikea candles, that smells of watermelon, or vanilla, or soap. Do you know them?
Sent your fictional paperback today via media mail. I hope you enjoy it! Welcome to SwapBot!

I've been a member at swap-bot for almost 2 years but took a very long break this past year so I feel like a newbie again. You seem to be a very upbeat person which is exactly what you need to sell Tupperware. I was a consultant right out of college because 1) I wanted stuff for my apartment and 2) I wanted money. I had fun but I didn't have much time for it when I took a full-time job. I have a daughter who is also 10 and she says she never has enough pens, pencils, markers or crayons.
It was nice reading your profile. Take care, Donna (dlyn67)
