Group founders and officers: DO NOT BOTHER INVITING ME TO GROUPS WITH QUESTIONABLE SWAPPERS!!! I will not join and I am getting tired of being invited to groups with bad/questionable swappers.

I have a butt ton (technical term) of kawaii/Japanese/Korean stationery. If you would prefer my letters to you are NOT on that type of stationery please let me know. I know not everyone enjoys cutesy crap so I can use some other stationery to suit the taste of all my pals.

I am not very good at intros and 'about me' type stuff, I always feel so mechanical writing about myself unless it's directed to a specific person.

I work as a computer network technician for a local high school district. My little family is pretty much my husband and 2 older dogs. Our favorite is 'artsy crafty' time, which I to use for writing and paper crafts. I have a quirky and sometimes dark sense of humor. I enjoy going to dinner or on dates with my sisters and brothers. We like getting together for family dinners when our schedules permit.

Hobbies: soap making, cooking, anime, K-dramas, listening to music, pottery wheel and traveling.

Pets: two awesome chiweenies that I would die with out.

LIKES: snail mail, tea, music, fruity scented lotion, laughing, trying new things, my family, robots, unicorns, rainbows, space, stickers, stuffed/vinyl toys, candy, food, good beer, theme parks, music, meeting new people, learning about other cultures.

DISLIKES: die-cut memos and die-cut letter sets (unless Kogepan), kawaii with real people or animals, rootbeer, black licorice, ephemera, heavy floral perfume smells, dirty work stations (I am a computer technician, nothing worse than food/finger crust on equipment I have to touch), not being able to find ingredients to try out new recipes, unattended children, dry skin, getting sick, stuff that smells like animal waste (I have a sensitive nose and I have gotten stuff from swaps that STINK of cat urine/litter box), religion, politics, cleaning (no I am not messy, I just hate cleaning), country music, Ranchera/Tex-Mex music.

No inmates please.

No folded letter sets please. I collect letter sets and like them undamaged.

Please no bath salts or bubble bath. My lady parts do not agree with those items and alas I don't get to enjoy the relaxation of bath times :( But I would be more than happy to send you those items if you chose. My lady parts thank you in advance.

I don't have cable at home so what I watch is from Netflix. My current long time series is Naruto (I read the manga as well). I recently got into K-Dramas.

I am a big John Hughes fan so pretty much all of his movies I am in love with. I love 16 Candles.

Dune is my favorite movie of all time, I think because I was so young when it came out and I have great memories of that time in my life. I enjoy reading other Frank Herbert books as well.

I am a big fan of Miyazaki, I think I like Castle in the Sky the best. I mainly enjoy animated movies, not necessarily Dream Works or Pixar more foreign based animated works.

I also enjoy Psychological Thrillers, movies that get you thinking but are not overly gory like the unending dribble of Saw movies.

I like indie films and foreign films too, subtitles do not deter me.

I am a huge fan of 80's movies too. Princess Bride will always be a classic 80's flick that I can watch over and over.

I could do without anymore Sanrio unless it is Kerropi and I am a bit fatigued of Rilakkuma as well unless space themed. I have more than I care to admit at the moment. I am okay with Korean Kawaii.

I am not affiliated with any religious or political organization so I politely request that any of those types of items are not sent to me. Also I do not participate in any religious holidays with the exception of Christmas and I only celebrate it as a secular holiday due to family obligations.

No one likes to be flaked on. I will always send out my packages on time and if for whatever reason there is an issue let me know.

I absolutely love music I have two exceptions: Country music I simply can not stand the twangy, whining endless romantic songs being sung by what sounds like Larry the Cable Guy. Tex-Mex/Ranchera style music, my father was in a Mexican Polka band and I have heard more crappy music than one should be expected to withstand in a lifetime.

That being said I actually do enjoy music from classical to techno, from black metal to experimental. I am always looking for new music to listen to and the music has to really wow me or the lyrics really have to reach me for me to make the music a repeat on my list.
