I am a crafty dilettante. I love everything about crafts and love to learn new skills. However, my first love is designing and creating handbags and accessories. Recently, I have also gotten into crochet (a good way to spend time on the bus to and from work. Please stop by my Etsy shops and take a look at some of my work.

I'm a HUGE fan of New Wave...we're talking Talking Heads (and Tom-Tom Club), Devo, Blondie, etc. More recently, I have really gotten into contemporary country and world music. I can dig almost anything...well except rap (never understood it).

My all time favorite is To Kill a Mockingbird. Beside that I enjoy non-fiction and have most recently read The Flight of the Creative Class and re-read the Gnostic Gospels.

I like BAD television...Flavor of Love, Parental Control, the American Idol auditions, etc.

I also have an unhealthy crush on Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs. I will watch every show over and over and over and over...
