I am vegan and I love being creative in any form. I love reading and music. I'm currently learning how to play the violin! And I'm just starting to explore buddhism.

I enjoy a broad spectrum of music. The Mountain Goats, Ethel, Arcade Fire, Cat Power, The Smiths, Crass, Bon Iver, Kaki King, Neutral Milk Hotel, Klezmer, Radiohead, Joanna Newsom, Spoon, Johnny Cash, Tom Leher, Neko Case, Bob Rozman...The list goes on, but you get the idea.

I am a Netflix fiend!

Amelie, Into The Wild, Spirited Away, Shaun of the Dead, The Parrots of Telegraph Hill, Andy Goldsworthy: Rivers and Tides, Wholphin quarterly from McSweeney's, Harvie Krumpet, Fido, Phantom Tollbooth, etc.

I try not to watch too much TV, but PBS is always a good choice.

ATCs and paper crafts mostly, although I long to paint and sew.

Anything by Dave Eggers: 'What is the What' is heartbreaking. Vonnegut, Marjane Satrapi, Pynchon, Mark Haddon, Johnathan Safran Foer are some of my favorites. I got a subscription to both Mc Sweeney's and the Believer for my birthday and I love them! Best American Norequired Reading is one of my perenial favorites.
