I am a nurse in Washington state with 3 girls, a great husband and a desire to constantly be creating! I love birth and laboring women especially crafts that express feelings during pregnancy :)

Favorite Books

Of course all Harry Potter books, Twilight Series!!! Jennifer Weiner novels, Half Magic by E Eager, books abount childbirth and parenting. Craft books, Lotta Jansdottir, amy butler, Patchwork and quilted gifts-Hoverson.

Favorite Music

The Cure, Jack Johnson, The Eagles, Guns N Roses, Depeche Mode, Pearl Jam, Social Distortion, and most other 80's music. Love mixes of new stuff with old flavor!

Favorite Television

I love LOST, 24, and project runway, all Law and Order, and FOX News

Favorite Crafts

I am a quilter and started recently making clothes for my 5 year old daughter with some success. I also play around with needle felting wool and lockerhooking. Birth Art is very interesting to me as I work with child-bearing women and their newborns!

Love: craft patterns, buttons, cool ribbon, variegated cotton thread, ric rac, wool roving.

Favorite Color

GREEN! and imaginative color combinations, pink/orange, pink/chocolate, turquoise/chocolate, red/white, Black/yellow.

Comment: It was cute, I liked all the little embellishments that you sent! Only thing I would suggest is making something with a homemade touch. It makes it more personal when you do that!
