I'm a married queer librarian.

I live in New England with my wife, cats, and hamsters.

Things that are important to me: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Anti White Supremacy, Black Lives Matter, Trans Rights are Human Rights, and Women's Rights. Also trans women ARE real women.

About my 3 rating - I changed jobs last November and needed to pause my swaps while I handled that huge transition. I thought that I had them all wrapped up but one postcard either got missed or went missing in the mail and it took a few months for me to get back to swap bot and notice the message. I'm kicking myself for missing that one because I had all 5s before! Oh well, I'll just have to be more careful.

I am a voracious reader. My GoodReads and Storygraph accounts are always up to date. I love books with queer characters and happy endings. Absolutely NO "bury your gays". Give me the fantasy and sci fi adventures, the tales of adventure, and give me your books that teach me how to make and do new things!

Favorite Authors: Becky Chambers, Martha Wells, Alexis Hall, Lily Morton, Terry Pratchett, and Jim Butcher.

I knit, crochet, weave, and spin yarns. I knit a lot of socks and hats

In quilting I love to make mini quilts for wall hangings. I love bright colors and modern prints. Favorite designer is Alison Glass and I love her sunprint series.

I do bullet journaling so I love things like washi tape, fun pens, stamps, and stationery items.

Rainbow themed things, hamster toys, pin cushions, fabric (scraps are fun, anything 2 inches or bigger I can use), washi tape, post cards with fun stamps, wonky star quilt blocks with white/low volume/white reading backgrounds, tea (no mint or licorice, please), queer liberation themed things, loose tarot cards, oracle deck cards.

My favorite colors are blue and rainbow. I love bold bright colors and modern prints. I'm not a fan of pastels or old style florals. I avoid mustardy yellow, burnt orange, olive green, and browns.

I am a self identified and self initiated witch. I consider myself an eclectic witch. I am interested in mysticism, kitchen witchery, textile crafting, herbs, candles, and intuitive practices. I read tarot, drink so much tea, and work with rainbows. I am interested in Norse runes (fuck white supremacy and those who have co-opted runes to serve their racist bullshit), Greek pantheon, solitary practice, rituals, and chaos magic.
