Hello I was your Paper Tag swap partner and now I am your "My Swap Bot Profile is a Little Lonely" partner. I see you like to scrapbook and stamp. I am into stamping and other paper crafting. I have been slowly branching out from making cards. I do have several friends that are into scrap booking. Perhaps if I had any children I might, but I only have the two furry animals for now. Seven children...I'm impressed! I can only imagine what your days must be like. You weren't speaking in "tongues" so it must have been a good day. LOL My husband (of 23 years) and I, just had one child. Our 20 yr old daughter i in her 3rd year of college, and lives about a 2 hr drive away.
Being permanently disabled and an empty nester leaves me with a lot of time on my hands. I'm an avid reader, love TV & movies, and crafting of all kinds. Scrapbooking and other paper crafts is my favorite pasttime, but I also crochet, cross-stitch and do plastic canvas projects.
I am very sorry to hear of the recent passing of your mother. I recently lost my dad, and I know first hand how the loss of a parent can really shake you up. I often find my crafting to be a form of therapy for me, and perhaps you will find that to be the case for you as well.
I am glad that we were partnered for this swap, and I hope we shall be for others as well. Should you like to do a private swap I would be available to do, and deadlines would not be an issue.
If you ever need someone to talk to, or someone listen, please don' hesitate to contact me. I understand some of what your going through, and a lot of what your feeling. Make time for yourself, and I wish you peace.
