I am a ovo-lacto vegetarian, and so greatly prefer to receive vegetarian and/or vegan recipes. I do eat eggs, cheese, and milk, just no meat or fish. If you have a recipe for a meat dish that you think is off the chart good, and it seems like I might be able to replace the meat with soy or wheat gluten products feel free to send it along. You can always PM me if you have a specific question.
I like ethnic food, especially Indian, Mexican and Mediterranean. Vegetables are yummy.
I am constantly searching for new dessert recipes, so feel free to pass those along! Healthy but delicious desserts are especially appreciated.
I am allergic to kiwi. I know, it sucks, right?
