ATTN: If I've flaked on you...
First, I deeply apologize for letting you down, and I don't want to try to excuse it. By way of explanation, however, I can tell you that my absence has been due to a convergence of events that all seemed to come at exactly the wrong time. My computer adapter snapped during a low financial period--we've been broke for the past several weeks and I was only able to replace it this weekend; in the interim my internet access was extremely limited. I've been spending a lot of time doing paperwork (for school bills, about fifty kinds of health care, and an upcoming state hearing). I have also experienced some significant flareups of my mental illnesses that left me nearly incapacitated and unable to really do anything besides lay in bed all day and cry and sometimes hallucinate.
Again, this is not an attempt to justify my absence or missed swaps. Things have been a little hard for me lately, but they're starting to look up, and I hope I can make it up to those I've flaked on. "Flaker" is not my natural state, and I'll do my best to right my wrongs.

Response: I love MR James!
:)
Response: I did send the prompts for this swap. You can see that my other Prompt Me partners have all rated me positively. I'm sorry that you didn't get my email; it's an easy resend so I'll do that now. Please check your spam filter just in case. --- 3/21/13: Again, I sincerely apologize for getting behind. I planned poorly--my problem, not my partners'.
