Comment: ATC is nice Unicorn. I received it today. 58 days since marked sent. Red stamp says March 31. This is common with all swaps done with this partner. Her swaps perpetually take 2 months to get to me. Even after I moved and changed addresses. I am leaving 3, almost left a 5 out of fear of retaliation. But I do not recommend swapping with this person. USPS email reply says it should not take longer than 10 days with corona virus delays, even in rural areas, to get mail in the contiguous 48 states. I have got mail from my family in a village in Alaska, that only has Mail pick up 2 X a week, withIn 10 days time, for my birthday this month.(Please note: I have screenshots of all previous feedback left for me if needed)

Comment: UPDATE: I did finally receive the package with the ATCs in it. The envelope is postmarked April 23rd, NINE days after it was supposed to be sent, so I feel like I do need to rate a 3. . It bums me out to have to rate a 1. Especially on a swap for kids. I know the mail is a little slower these days, so I've waited until May 27 to rate. It was due to be sent by April 14. I've messaged twice. The first time she said it had been sent. The second time she left the message on read with no response. :(
