Description:

I've had some requests to organize this swap again, so here it is!

Don't you just love receiving this really chunky snail mail? An envelope that is so full it must have been difficult to close… Then this swap is for you ;-)

We'll be sending one decorated envelope (at least regular size, bigger is ok) that is well stuffed with things your partner might like. Make sure the envie is nice and fat ;-)

Things you could add are:

  • stickers
  • recipes
  • small crafted items
  • (carved) stamps
  • postcards
  • home made envelopes
  • pens
  • recipes
  • ATC
  • stationary
  • tea and anything you think your partner will like.

Please check your partner's profile for (dis)likes! Also add a small (longer is of course ok) note for a personal touch. Please, don't send used items! Send only things you'd be happy to receive yourself. It's supposed to be happy mail :-)

As this is a Type 3 swap and we don't want any flakers, the minimal rating is 4.9 with no unexplained 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcome to join, but please keep in mind that this is a time consuming swap. I reccommend starting with a small/newbie friendly swap. You'll need a well filled out profile to join.

I really, REALLY want to join this swap, but wouldn't be able to afford overseas postage. Could I request a U.S. partner?

IdlersDesign 05/17/2014 #

@CarmicWords I'm sorry, I can't choose who sends to who. I just press the button "assign partners" and the computer does the rest. You could of course organize a USA version of this swap.

@IdlersDesign -- maybe limit the weight of the swap and size of envie so people can calculate postage ahead of time. In Canada a 5" x 9" envie up to 100 g would be a maximum of $5.90 int'l postage. and that's a lot of stuff!

When will we find out who our partner is going to be?

Hi, may I confirm what size is a regular size envelop? Is it those for A6 cards? Thanks.

When will these partners be assigned?
