Who else loves washi tape? There are so many different patterns out there and swapping samples is a great way to get some new designs.

For this swap we will send at least 5 different washi tape samples. Each sample should be at least 12 inches long and must be wrapped around something non-stick, such as playing cards.

Sender's choice, but you are welcome to look at your partner's profile for likes/ dislikes.

Any questions please ask :)

Is washi tape different to deco tape? If so, what is it please?

Yes, they are a bit different. Washi tape originated in Japan and is basically a high quality masking tape. It is very forgiving and can be stuck and unstuck from different surfaces. It is often a little bit see through and can be written on easily. In contrast, deco tape usually has more of a plastic feel, is stronger (so harder to reposition) and is thicker (not see through). I'm not sure how the others in this swap feel, but I know some people don't like deco tape, so I might stick to just washi for this swap. But I'd be happy to host a washi and deco swap if you like :)
