Description:

This is a collaboration Zentagle Inspired Art (ZIA) postcard that was started in the soon-to-be defunct New Fangled Zentangles group. I am not an officer in that group, so I am continuing the swap series here. Feel free to join in any time.

For the first round, take a 4 X 6 inch piece of cardstock (heavy enough to go through the mail). Address the postcard to yourself. Divide the writing portion into 4 spaces with enough room for the other artists to put their name, where they're from and possibly a little note.

On the front side of the postcard, add some zentangle or a ZIA piece. Leave enough room for 3 other artists to add artwork. Please do not add any 'strings'. This is a ZIA postcard. Let your partners work their own magic.

Pop the postcard in an envelope and send it off to your partner.

When you receive a postcard, add 2 or 3 elements to the card (remember to keep to the Zentangle or ZIA theme), sign your name on the other side with the place you're from and maybe add a little note. Mail it off to your partner in an envelope.

Please do NOT send the artist who started the card their own card back to work on. If you get assigned that person as a partner, simply start a new card and hold that one until the next round.

When 4 people have worked on the card (including the original person), put a stamp on it and mail it home naked. (No envelope).

If you are the 4th person to work on a card, and you send it home, then you need to make a new card to send to your partner in the next round.

If you have any questions, please send me a message on Swap-Bot.

Because of the turnaround time, I'm going to make this USA only. I know it can take weeks to get international mail, and I want this one to go fairly quickly.
