Description:

This is mainly a short letter swap, to share our wishes for the new year with our partner. There is a profile based element though, as we will include something from our partner's wishlist (or loves list if they don't have a wishlist) as 'wish granting' gift! To make it easier for your partner, you can comment a short list of 'wishes' here, and they can pick one to 'grant' and include in the happy new year happy mail!!

Include:

  • Letter covering 2-3 wishes you have for the coming year, and including your username and the swap name.
  • At least one item from your partner's wishlist or wish comment.
  • New Year's themed item (card, ephemera, decorated tag) either vintage or ideally containing the year 2022 - such as a tag that can be hung as decoration throughout the summer and then be used for scrapbooking.
  • A drink: a tea or coffee sachet, or a cocktail or mocktail recipe!
  • Decorated mailing envelope!!!

Have fun my friends!

My wishes: printed label stickers with my name and address on a pretty background, vintage botanical/forest/bee style craft paper or printables, lavender teas, velvet ribbon, die cuts, seeds for Australian native wild flowers, perfume samples with woody/earthy/grassy/herbal/vanilla notes.

My wishes: flavoured herbal teas, room sachets, wax melts for burner, sewing charms, anything Harry Potter or Donald Duck theme that I can use as a magnet on my stitching. Also a skein of gum nut embroidery threads especially the silk or wool ones. Any colour.

Sorry for posting late! My wishes: Halloween or Christmas related items, any Australiana (stickers, washi, cards, ephemera), cute Korean or Japanese style stickers, 'please deliver to' stickers or similar, stickers relating to happy mail/snail mail, stamp washi. I really like almost everything though, so these are just suggestions :)
