Description:

This year we will explore color combinations. In this swap, please create and send 1 piece of Mail Art to your one partner that uses the color combination for this swap. You may also use a small amount of accent colors, but the final project should be created using mostly the color palette of the month. Thanks @KTK8 for this month's color suggestion.

This swap is sender's choice in the type of mail art that you want to create and send. Examples include (but are not limited to): ATC, handmade postcard, inkbox cards, Tags, decorated envelope with tuck in, ATC coins, Bookmark, Zine, Altered File folder, Journal pages, etc. It is also senders choice on what type of art medium you would like to work in (painted, drawn, collage, mixed media, sewn, fabric, clay, pyrography, etc) and in subject matter/theme.

The color palette for this month's Mail Art is Purple, Green, and Turquoise.

You may use additional colors as highlights or in small quantities, but the majority of the mail art should be in the color of the month. Your postcards can be any size and any subject, just include enough postage for the size you make. ATC's are 2.5 x 3.5 inches, can be oriented in either direction, and please include your artist info on the backside of whatever art you create. Please do Not use clear tape to cover your art or envelopes. And, please include your artist info on your art and your user/swap name in your envelope somewhere.

Have fun.

Feel free to comment below with what color combination(s) you would like to see next. We have had orangey red/light blueish green/yellow, Teal/Gray/Gold, Black/White/Red, Purple/Green/Turquoise,

OMG! My favorite color combo since my childhood friend had a bedroom these colors! Deep, deep, jewel toned.
