Simply mail a postcard to your partner that has the color blue in/on it somewhere within the front image. Please write what one hue of blue you favor most on the back! This is a type-2 "flat mail" swap but if you'd like to craft a handmade postcard, you're welcome to as long as it fits the following size requirements: maximum size 5x7" minimum size 4x6"
