Have you ever wanted to send someone a little collection of things that made you smile, laugh, feel comforted, or just think, “I don't know why, but I feel like someone else needs this”?

Well, here we are!

For this swap, you'll be putting together an envelope filled with little things you think your partner might enjoy. There is a loose theme, but everything does NOT need to match. The goal is simply to create a tiny envelope-sized collection of things that bring a little joy.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Please include at least ONE of each:

💌 One postcard
Any postcard! New, old, weird, beautiful, funny, touristy, artsy, whatever. It doesn't have to be written on.

🤪 One silly or fun sticker
Something goofy, cute, ridiculous, or just delightfully unnecessary.

💖 One encouraging note
A little reminder that someone out there is rooting for them. This can be a few sentences, a quote, a compliment, a tiny pep talk, or whatever feels right.

🌿 One thing that brings YOU joy, peace, comfort, or helps you feel grounded
Maybe it's a tea packet, a little piece of stationery, a pressed flower, a favorite quote, a doodle, a bookmark, a recipe, a coloring page, a photo, a little piece of art, etc.

Tell your partner why you chose it!

🌎 One thing that makes you think, “Okay, maybe the world isn't so bad.”
Something that makes you happy, gives you hope, restores your faith in humanity, or just reminds you that there are still good things out there. It can be anything! A photo, a quote, a tiny piece of art, a story, a funny little object, a favorite thing, etc.

Have extra stickers? Throw one in!

Found a weird little piece of stationery you've been saving for absolutely no reason? Perfect.

Have a bunch of postcards? Add another!

Made a tiny drawing? Absolutely.

Have a favorite quote, recipe, tea, bookmark, magazine clipping, poem, washi sample, fortune, photo, or other little piece of ephemera? Into the envelope it goes!

There is no requirement for everything to be handmade, expensive, brand new, or perfectly coordinated. Please don't feel like you need to go shopping specifically for this swap. The idea is to share little things you already have, love, find funny, or think someone else might enjoy.

THE VIBE

Think:

“I don't know you, but here is a tiny envelope containing some things that might make your day a little better.”

Make it weird. Make it wholesome. Make it funny. Make it sentimental. Make it beautifully coordinated or completely chaotic.

Just make sure your envelope contains the five required items and is packed securely enough to make it through the postal system.

And remember: this swap is about the thought, not the monetary value. A handwritten note and a silly sticker can mean just as much as something you bought specifically for the swap.
