Description:

This swap is to expand our button stashes!

I have not found a swap like this yet, I decided to create my own.

You will send to your partner 20 MEDIUM to LARGE Buttons.

(if you send teeny tiny buttons, smaller than 1/4 inch, please send 2 tiny ones for each regular sized button. example: 10 medium and 20 tiny ones). Note: Very large buttons still count as 1 button!

This is a good opportunity to get rid of some buttons that we do not like, and to gain some awesome new ones for crafts and sewing projects.

Send vintage, wood, leather, hand painted, metal, shaped, or plastic. Flat back or shanks. Bubble wrap if you plan to send delicate or glass buttons.

Please no toggles or snaps. ONLY BUTTONS please. :)

Any question, feel free to Message me. This is my first swap. I will angel if need be, but please please try to send out your items. It's great to get things on time. Let your partner know if you'll be late. Everyone is very sympathetic. We've all got other swaps too!

This isn't a very long swap because it doesn't require any real crafting. You have til July 15th to send out your buttons. :)

Happy button swapping!

If it's permissible to make a request, I actually prefer the teeny buttons.. I use them to make jewelry. And I'd be perfectly happy with just the 20.. no need to double up because they're small :)

I actually prefer tiny buttons as well! Same reason, jewelry!

I will just leave it in the hands of the partners! :) Please be considerate. No broken or cracked buttons please (unless you throw them in for a freebie after the 20!)

Hello, I am new to this site but am very reliable. I have been a seller on ebay for over 11 years now and have over 14,000 positive feedbacks as testimony to my reliability. I would love to participate if you guys don't mind a newbie. ... I have tons of buttons to swap!

I am hoping for some buttons with patterns or textures and the larger the better lol. I use them for collage and such.

If someone decides to host an international or Canada version of this swap, I'll definitely be signing up.

Can you clarify the sizes for large and small?

coleenfranks 07/ 6/2011 #

Sorry, just realized this is Regional, USA and I'm international so I have to drop, but will be interested if you do international. In the meantime I'm willing to do a private swap if anyone wants too. Have fun. Coleen in Ukraine

Zefaniya: I would say large is anything over 1 inch. and small is about 3/8 -1/4 inch. and tiny is anything less than that. Use your own judgement. :)
