@Taco5518 I'm not sure which swap you're referring to, but I will look in my notebook and try to find out. I don't leave 5 ratings if I didn't receive a postcard, so at this point, all I can say is that I received her postcard if I gave her a 5.

Paige1900 on Nov 29, 2011:

I am just curious as to how you can leave someone a 5 for a postcard that was due in April? Has @pizzaeater been in contact with you this whole time? If so point her in my direction. She flaked on me and another lady for the same swap and we both left her a 1 back in Sept. We never even got so much as an acknowledgment that she received our emails.

Hi Karla Not sure if you got my message but I wanted to see if you had mail the random envie from the public forum tag game. I tagged you on 10/15 here. Thanks!

Just a special thank you for the wonderful surprise "marmot" aka groundhog postie that arrived the other day...what a super way to make my day!...REALLY...here the groundhogs have gone underground for the winter now, and will sleep until around February 2 (Groundhog Day) when suppossedly they wake up to predict the weather (but it's really when they wake up to make the baby groundhogs who will be born 6 weeks later) then they go back to sleep till Spring...Loved your chatty card, don't know how you put so much in so little space...Thanks so much, Karla, you ROCK!!!...Deb aka groundhoggirl

Hi, I'm just curious about something you said in the forums regarding " last year's charity drive credit". I can sort of guess from context, but I was just wondering (since I'm new) what that was.

I recently learned about stationEry because it means pEns and pEncils. Actually, when I was ten I knew that the two were spelled differently, but in a spelling test my English teacher gave "stationery" as a word to spell and when I asked her which one she meant, she said, "It doesn't matter, they're both spelled the same."

I actually believed this woman for the next fourteen years!!! And only found out a year ago she'd been lying to me.

Anyway, little anecdote there for you that your profile reminded me of. I'll stop talking now ; )

Thanks you so much for all of the beautiful stickers. It was so kind of you to be my angel. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Thanks so much! I thought it was just a fun craft idea too. I added clarification to the swap description to make sure people understand that the message is not a ransom. Hopefully that takes care of any problems... Thanks for being a cool swapper!! =)

Thanks for the RAK postcard. Such a pretty card of Yellowstone (we are planning a trip there next summer, so v. appropriate.)

Hello. Just checking up with you to see if you have sent your letter for No Introduction Needed.

Hi! Positive Comment!!
Good Luck on your exam!!
I like your profile a lot. really well thought out. :)
I just started getting into postcards because of this site. I find that if you take an ordinary photo and mount it to a medium to thick card stock (like what you would use for a greeting card) and trim it to the picture size (no border) they weigh and travel just like a store bought PC, but better because its your picture and idea! <3
Have a great week!
Theresa
