Anyways, in this busy distracted world, oftentimes we forget to unplug from it, and plug to the Source.
In Luke 5:16,
But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
This is difficult to do. But this is a discipline that we must all learn. To withdrew ourselves from this world, and to commit ourselves into seeking and waiting on God.
Remember,
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. (Hebrews 6:10)
God remembers you, and He writes your name in His palm.
Let us remember Him always..

UPLIFTING SCRIPTURE: I thought that this swap was especially appropriate considering the time of year I have many different scriptures I turn to at different times, but a scripture I’ve always loved is Isiah 9:6 (taken from the KJV)
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.â€
I think the reason I love this so much is that it reminds me of the different rolls that Christ has and will take. He is the prince of peace, he can act as out counselor, he is our God, our Savior.
