About Me

I'm a second grade teacher living in the country woods of Maine with my sweet hubby, son and daughter! I create on the weekends and into the wee hours of the morning! I love primitive, vintage and altered art! I'm addicted to antique shoppes, flea markets and yard sales!

I love the colors PINK, AQUA, and GREEN! I love the color combinations of pink/aqua, pink/brown, pink/black, aqua/brown!! I love glitter!! My nickname at work is "The Glitter Queen!" I would bathe in glitter if I could! LOL!

I'm a girly-girl....love to have my nails and hair done! Love make-up of all kinds especially if it sparkles and has glitter in it! I'm more of a lip gloss girl and I love scented bath lotions, bubble bath, powder, etc!! I love perfume, body sprays and baby powder!!

I love to write and am always buying note cards and stationary!! I love funky pens!!

I love scrapbooking supplies.....buttons, ribbon, cardstock, ric rac, vellum, stickers, etc!!

I am addicted to CHOCOLATE!! I adore DARK CHOCOLATE best!! Lindt's Dark Chocolate Truffles are my FAVORITE!! Forget falling in love....I'd rather fall in chocolate!! I love flavored HOT CHOCOLATE!! I love flavored Teas!

My favorite animals are....Crows and Ravens!! My Favorite Number is 3!! My Favorite Candle Scent is....Anything with a Bakery Scent - Buttercream, Cinnamon Buns, Cake Bake, etc. My favorite thing to drink is.....Diet Coke!! My Favorite Gum is....Anything Peppermint flavored!!

Favorite Music

I truly love all kinds of music! If I am in my suburban, I must have the radio on!! I have a soft spot for the oldies...music from when my parents were teenagers!!

Favorite Movies

Message in a Bottle, The Notebook, My Best Friend's Wedding, The Lake House, Fried Green Tomatoes, Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Dragonfly, Ray ~ Story of Ray Charles.....and I love a good Horror movie!!

Favorite Television

C.S.I, American Idol, Survivor, Big Brother, C.S.I. Miami, Paranormal Witness, Ghost Hunters, Real Housewives of New Jersey, Project Runway, Dirty Jobs, I Love Lucy, The Brady Bunch, How I Met Your Mother, NCIS, King of Queens, Two and a Half Men, Flip This House, Martha Stewart, Conan O'Brien, Guiding Light....just to mention a few! LOL!

Favorite Crafts

I love to make note cards and I love digital scrapbooking! I love to paint old wooden bowls. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE altered art and enjoy making paper bag albums, ATC's, chunky books, and tag books!! I love assorted BUTTONS, charms and glass beads!! I adore ribbon...all colors!! I love ric-rac!! I love Kawaii and Cram Cram deco tape!! I LOVE making altered HALLOWEEN creations!!

Dislikes

Dislikes: Coffee (BUT I DO LOVE COFFEE NIPS), Anything frilly, black licorice, spearmint, stuffed animals, patchouli oil, lemon flavored candy, knitted or crocheted items, white chocolate.
