My instagram with some art and crafts
I'm a thirty something feminist vegan who loves to paint and write. Looking for more people to send mail to, I love snail mail.
I love to dance, and I love receiving anything dance related, especially ballet or tap would make me smile.
I collect stickers, and am in several sticker swapping groups. For stickers I like anything sparkly, space, dance, gemstone, unicorn, mermaid, and shapes. My favorite brands are Pipsticks, Mrs. Grossman and Stickii. For swaps, I definitely count a 4x4 Pipstick original as a whole sheet (and LOVE them!) even if the swap requirements say they have to be bigger. Not too into puffy stickers or anything food related. I don't need any planner stickers or Disney right now.
I also recently got into collecting mint (unused) stamps. I particularly love vintage ones! I've started a special collection of rainbow, hot air balloon, dancer (especially the assorted 13 cent ones and 32 cent ballet ones!), and woman in history ones; but really I haven't found one I don't like yet!
I celebrate pagan holidays
Please note I mark send after I put it in the mailbox.
I pledge to rate my swaps.
I always send my swaps, so if something doesn't get to you please contact me to resend!
Green Day, the Beatles, the Prids, anything early 90's, Piano Guys, Lindsey Stirling, Florence and the machine.
I play the violin, but it's been a few years now since I last picked it up. Too many close neighbors in the city!
Harper Halls of Pern
The Other Einstein by Marie Benedict
Know My Name by Chanel Miller
Born a Crime by Trevor Noah
A Game of Thrones
Life will be the Death of me by Chelsea Handler
Some favorite authors are T. Kingfisher, Maya Angelou, Patricia Briggs, Alice Walker, and Ursula Le Guin
Some favorite genres are fantasy, science fiction, romance, autobiographies (not by white men), and YA. It's not limited to those however. I love to read, and average around 500 pages a day. (I read fast too!) I love unique stories with great representation. I love adventure type stories where a random group of people have to go on a quest, or pretty much anything set in space. I like vaguely "spooky" stories, but not really scary ones. I don't like family drama books, and am pretty picky about my historical fiction (I don't like war based ones).
Kindle unlimited is my friend, and so is borrowing digitally through Libby. Betwen this and ARCs, I don't buy too many books, except in book boxes where they are signed or something is special about them.
If you want to see some of my current reads, or want to add as a friend on goodreads here I am: https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/130511116?ref=navprofilel
Dickinson, the Travelers, The Magicians, The Circle is a guilty pleasure!
I don't tend to watch it if I'm alone, its not really fun for me! But I like it with other people (who don't mind my commentary)
I'm joining more postcard swaps so I thought I'd give people an idea what kind I like!
I love art and illustrated postcards the most! I would like any illustration, but especially mystical creatures, animals, and abstract. I also like handmade ones those are so original! As long as I see it's not just a piece of cardboard with no thought I will never rate dwn for a homemade one even if the swap asks for only store bought. I even like ones that are covered with stickers- I love stickers, show me your favorite ones!
I also really apprciate them being stamped with "real stamps"!
I don't really like touristy ones unless it's a map.
I love all animals, especially marine life, Jellyfish, yellow garden eels, and octopuses

I don't really have a use for coloring pages.
I don't like zoos, aquariums, horse racing, greyhound racing. so nothing about those things please!
I'm pretty easygoing though, and I'll just pass it along
Hopefully this goes without saying, but nothing homophobic, racist, misogynistic, cruel to animals.
