I am 46 yrs old. Am married to a wonderful man, Nick. My son, David, is 26 yrs old and has moved back to Asheville, NC. Nick and I live in Wyoming with our 3 cats and we have now acquired a whippet puppy. Really we rescued him. He has been abused. And it seems we have bit off more than we can chew. It has been difficult. Grew up in North Carolina, so just really a good hearted redneck hillbilly. My grandmother, Della, is the one who taught me to crochet when I was about 12 yrs old. She could sit down and say, "Think I will make such & such" and then she would. It always fascinated me that she could make anything without any kind of a pattern. I, on the other hand, have to have a pattern, at least to start. Most of the time, I will change the pattern. The one pattern I don't change is doilies. Tried to learn to knit. Never could get it. Even took classes. Can't do it. Wish I could. Oh, well. I do other crafts. My mom taught me to sew when I was about 10 yrs old. I remember saving up money for 3 yrs for my first sewing machine. Kept that thing for almost 15 yrs when it decided to die on me. Loved that machine. I am a nurse by trade. My husband is retired from Duke Power as nuclear engineer. I started doing travel nursing about 3 yrs ago. Got to casper, Nick wanted to stay for awhile. He works for a gas company now. I work @ a new rehab hospital here in town. hugs Robin

IWe just recently bought a new house. Most all of the colors are neutral and therefore very easy to decorate. So I am slowly getting things organized. I love just about every color in the rainbow and inbetween. My most favorites are blue, yellow, and red.

love just about all different kinds of music. Love Kid Rock to the Celtic Women from blues to country. Don't care that much for hard core or rap music.

I am a Stephen King fan!! Have most of his books and play scripts. I also love the Narnia books. Love King Arthur & fanstasy type books.

My Fair Lady and Dr. Zhivago are my 2 most all time favorite movies. The Young Guns I & II are my next ones. Love & honor movies. What a combo!!

I mostly watch The Closer, Saving Grace and the CSI shows.

Crochet, sew, cross stitch. I do other things like simple paper crafts, not much. I am several crochet groups and cross stitch groups and one swap group. Hard to keep up with it all sometimes.

I collect white tigers, mostly cross stitch patterns for a quilt/afghan I am doing. I also collect hummingbirds.
