Thank you for the great comment on my profile. I must really piss people off, because you are the first and only one to even say hello. Oh well, that's life. I just got my first swap ready to post, am so excited. Have no idea what kind of reaction it will get, but again, that's life. Your daughter is so sweet. She looks like a joy and a handful too.

hey sarah, i have you as a partner for a swap and was just browsing your profile...anyway, i'm a US Navy Veteran and very much enjoyed my time in. My husband was in at the same time and we were seperated 18 months by different duty stations. that was really hard, but it's surviveable. i wish you all the best and hope that you get to visit often with you dear husband while he's away....cheers. shelley

Hi Sarah! I enjoyed looking at your profile! Your profile is very cute and easy to look at because of the little kawaii pictures, hearts and such. I like that picture of you & your daughter, it's also very sweet.

I looked at your Etsy store and loved the little bottle jewelry you make! Such as the V vial! I am a fan of True Blood but this vial also reminds me of Dexter's newest season. Where one of the bad guys had a vial of blood as a necklace, I think.

We don't have a lot of favorite books, music or movies in common. But The Burbs looks like something I might enjoy :) And I like your list of likes, I totally get the combination of cute things and scary things. I also don't drink coffee. :-P But have nothing against black licorice or peanut butter. We collect teacups as well, our closet is full of cups and mugs. Heh. I'm always ready for a nice warm cup of tea.

Hoping to swap with you again! Take care.

Valkyr / Let's meet. Okay. My profile or yours?

hi hi, sarah! my name is jo, i'm one of your partners for the TD let's meet swap! i really enjoyed reading your profile. to second (or third) many of the comments below, i really admire your strength with your husband being away. :) and your daughter just looks like the cutest thing ever!

you mentioned you like sad/tragic movies, and my first thought was What Dreams May Come. have you ever seen that movie? if not, i'd recommend it. definately my go-to sob-movie when i'm feeling weepy.

speaking of -- you like the Weepies?! what is your favorite song or album? i've only got one album, but it's one i play often when i'm driving in my car. i've never met anyone else who has heard of them. so that's rad.

i'm so intrigued by ATCs - i see that's mainly what you make. i've never made one, and i've never recieved one, so all i know is what i've seen online. what is it that makes ATCs so fun for you? what mediums do you use when you make them? what's your favorite theme? i'd really love to hear more about why you like them so much. maybe i need to get more into them?

i also saw you like kawaii -- any characters or brands in particular? i love the image of the kawaii ghosty you have in your profile. i like all of the images, really. they make it fun to read haha.

well i'm glad i got to meet you (profile-stalk you?) -- and i hope to run into you again soon on the 'bot. :]

cheers, jo

I am one fifth of your partners for our Team Darkness Let's Meet swap and I just love ya Sarah. I love ATCs as much as you do!!! You and Lily are just sooooo cute and like Becca said, I can't imagine your strength as your husband is away. I will keep you and your daughter, and Charlie too in my heart and my thoughts always.

I've looked into soap making and would definitely like to check into making some one day. Is it hard?

When I hear Ace Enders, I think of you ...and the Warped tour. He was definitely interesting and unique. I liked his set. Boys Like Girls are pretty cool too!!

Saved! is a great movie and there are a few others on your list that I adore also. I once thought I saw the mothman. It wasn't far from my parents house. It was mid-Evening and I was driving to Wal-mart. It was absolutely huge. :( I was kinda scared it was going to fly into my car.

hayyyyyy gurl haaaaaaaaaay!!! thanks for the comment!! i did see the youth in revolt movie. UGH. THEY CUT OUT FUZZY!! BASTARDS!! i was so upset. and what was up with the ending??? guess they didnt want to make any of the sequels :P

yep, i eat snacks is my old blog. im kind of on and off vegan, but now i cant really eat any processed foods, so. :( no more snacks!

a wonder cabinet/cabinet of curiosities is an old cabinet with weird 'treasures' in it, i guess. i have one (thats actually a shelf, not a cabinet, but close enough) that's all stuff either i or other people have found in nature. there's a big dead cicada, some weird seed pods, a crab claw, etc.

Hi Sarah!!! I'm Shanell your partner for the Let's Meet! My profile or yours swap! :) You and your daughter are beautiful! :) I've gotta give you kuddo's for being a military wife. :) I believe that it must hard to do that! I would love to hear more about your charm making!! I'm also a true blood fan. You should try the books but I recommend spacing that out bc they tend to get very repeatitive other wise! I hope the tv program doesn't do that too. I loved the movie Steel Magnolia's and even now I cry when I watch it! Black Licorice is ridiculously nasty! Who even made that flavor anyway. Nasty! Oh and God Bless America stuff is on my not like list too lol!! Anywho, so very nice to meet you Sarah :)

<3 Shanell
