I've been in such a fog for the past month and I realized I never let you know I received your letter from the diet journal swap. Well, I did get it and wanted to say THANK YOU! It was such an inspirational and encouraging letter to read. It really motivated me to take my weight loss seriously.

I stuck your letter up on my bulletin so I can see it everyday and be reminded to eat healthy and exercise. Thanks for sharing the pictures...you look FANTASTIC! It's such an encouragement to see a real weight loss success story.
