I love all music from opera to grindcore. No joke. My husband writes for indiemusicfilter.com...check it out!
Just to name a few:
Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, all books by Jane Austen (especially Pride and Prejudice, Emma and Sense and Sensibility) The Kite Runner, Blackbird, The Edible Woman, The Handmaid's Tale, 1984, To Kill a Mockingbird, A Year of Magical Thinking, Anne of Green Gales, Little House on the Prairie, Rebecca, Outliers, Life After Humans, The Glass Castle...
...and about a million more. I don't read books I don't love.
I love the documentary-style shows on A&E and The History Channel. I think "Life After Humans" is the best show created in a long time. I really like to learn something when I watch t.v...usually...unless I am watching my all-time favourite Golden Girls. Then it's just pure fun.
Jewelry making, sewing, furniture refurbishment, paper crafts, scrap booking, origami...I cannot draw to save my life.
