I grew up in the 60's & 70's and love almost all the music from that era. The Beatles, Chicago, etc. Although I do love the music, I have never been to a concert. I married a musician & met a lot of others in his field as well. We were married for 25 years and didn't just love each other, but were in love. He unexpectedly died 2 months ago which is one of the reasons I am joining swap-bot. I do well keeping busy and love crafting as well. I do a lot of paper crafting which includes making greeting cards, stationary, note cards, die cuts and embossing. I love using 'different' types of paper. Not just the plain, white paper you often see. If I do have plain paper, I feel the need to 'doctor it up' or embellish it somehow. I either add a die cut or use rubber stamps which I also sometimes heat emboss which gives the ink a shiny-finished look that you often see on store bought cards...which I detest. Why pay all that money for a store bought card that many other people will receive the same one of, when you can create something that is unique? It doesn't have to be perfect, just one of a kind.So much for my philosophy on that! lol! I just love things made from the heart.

I also love dragonflies which signifies change. It seems like my life is ever changing. I feel the dragonfly also signifies belief. For without belief, how do you move forward?

My all time favorite movie is GONE WITH THE WIND. Absolutely love it! I like movies that show how people have struggled to become who they are and how their struggles and triumphs have benefited society today.

In college, I majored in Art and Art History which enhanced my appreciation for all types of art whether it be paintings, sculptor, statues, etc. I tend to lean towards the unusual items as well. I love the colors red and purple (and shades thereof) I think they are joyful colors! I also like blues and soft greens which i consider warm colors.

Love the Beatles and just about any music from the 60's & 70's. My husband left me with a vast collection of vinyl records, which I haven't decided what to do with as of yet.

Gone With The Wind Is my all time favorite! I also like Fried Green Tomatoes Steel Magnolias and most 'chic flicks' and romantic comedies.

I love paper crafting! I make a lot of die cuts, note cards, stationary, envelopes, & just about anything I happen to think up at the time. I also like scrapbooking, although I'm al little behind on it lately.

I like the outdoors and going on picnics with my children and grandchildren.

i love to bake, especially during the holidays. We try to have a baking day each year where we all get together and make our specialty, then trade. It's fun to be with family doing fun things.

I love gnomes I've been collecting them for awhile now & they're all over. In the house, in the yard, wherever I think they might belong.

I do not like fairies. I don't know why. I like gnomes, & they seem like they should go together but for some reason I just don't like them.

I LOATHE clowns. As a child I was always afraid of them. Now I feel like a clown is just somebody hiding behind a mask. You never know who they are. I don't mean to offend anyone, it's just my feelings.

I DO NOT like tea of any kind. Not hot, iced, sweet or otherwise. Just don't like it.

I do not like rap music. If I can't understand it, I don't like it.
