ABOUT LITTLE OL' ME
Hello beautiful, my name is Felicity and welcome to my swap bot profile...
I am a 26 year old from the UK. I have been a member of swap bot for several years now, and I love it. I can say (proudly, contrary to belief) that I am not a regular swapper - I make sure I only take part it swaps when I have the time and money to do so. For the past 4 years, I have been completing my training at college & university, and for most part I was away from home so could not partake in swaps during these times (hence the time gaps between ratings etc). Some swappers view gaps in ratings negatively, which is why I feel I must add this disclaimer to my profile.
I'm a bubbly person, and I love connecting with people from different countries and cultures. I've always wanted to travel the world, and I hope to one day. For now, swap bot gives me a little taste of life outside of the UK.
IF YOU ARE SENDING TO ME
Drinks
Yes please - I am a coffee addict. I'm always grateful for new coffee flavours, yum yum! I do have a cafetiere so ground coffee, or instant coffee is okay. Although I prefer coffee, I do also like fruit teas, hot chocolate and milkshakes. Please send drinks in sealed packets.
No thank you - I don't like ginger tea, orange spice, liquorice or green tea. Also, I don't have a coffee grinder so please don't send coffee beans.
Treats
Yes please - I am a massive CHOCOLATE fan. I love all types of chocolate. I also like caramel, toffee, mints, biscuits, shortbread, cookies, brownies, fudge, I could go on and on haha. Salted caramel chocolate is my guilty pleasure at the moment.
No thank you - I don't like most sweets, including chewwy/jelly sweets like haribo, cola bottles etc.. I also don't like sour things like sherbert, liquorice, ginger or turkish delight.
Colours
Yes please - My favourite colour is lilac, but I adore all pastel/girly colours. I really like shabby chic style patterns and colours the most. I also love metallic colours!
No thank you - I'm not really a fan of green, brown, red, orange or hot pink. I prefer pastel colours over bright block colours if that makes any sense?
Crafts
Yes please - I enjoy sewing crafts a lot, and am also currently learning crochet, knitting and bobbin lace patterns. Any tips/tools and patterns are always appreciated! I also love stamps - I seem to stamp pretty much everything somehow!
No thank you - I'm not really keen on drawing, colouring, card making, or scrap booking. Although I am always grateful for items sent to me.. I don't have much use for paper scraps or embellishments, so I do tend to re-gift those items. Please don't send office stationary (such as rubbers & sharpeners), ordinary colouring pencils/pens - again, although grateful for anything I receive, I don't have any use for these items.
Themes
Yes Please - Themes I love include; faeries, butterflies, botanical, floral, shabby chic, aztec, lace, super mario, foxes, owls, small dogs, patchwork. Although I am not religious, I don't mind religious/cultural themes as I enjoy the multicultural world we live in (providing it's not offensive/homophobic/racist)!
No thank you - I'm not a fan of Betty Boop, Hello Kitty, or most other character themes to be honest - unless stated in my yes please section. I do enjoy holiday themed items, but please only send them during the holiday (unless stated in the swap)... e.g. Christmas themes at Christmas, Halloween themes at Halloween. I'm not a bug/creepy crawly fan, and I'm not very fond of cats. I'm not keen on anime, kawaii or manga themes either.
Postcards
Yes please - I prefer postcards sent stamped, written on and naked. I enjoy seeing where you live! So I prefer postcards that show me a glimpse of your town/country.
Wearables
Yes please - I love necklaces. I prefer simple pendants.
No thank you - Unfortunately I have real sensitive skin and suffer from alot of eczema... everywhere. Therefore, please don't send skin products, perfumes or make up. I'm also allergic to cobalt and nickel, so please don't send earrings either unless they are titanium. I'm gutted!! I'm also not fond of mass sparkly/crystal costume jewellery.
Scents
Yes please - Vanilla, bubblegum, Strawberry.
No thank you - Cinnamon, lavender, ginger, orange.

Hi, this is the Tea I mentioned in the postcard from the Hello #2 pc swap :) Of course they are not as good as real cake/muffins....but they are really close to the taste considering it's tea :D I like Caramel Apple Pie flavoured best. I find it a funny idea to make tea cake/muffin flavoured.

Hi Im one of you partners in the Random Post card Swap. It was a surprise to get a partner from Plymouth. I lived in Hampshire before we moved to Colorado usa and my son is deaf in one ear. He refuses point blank to wear his hearing aid but he does ok too. ps I love Marmite.
