HI! My name is Karla, Im 36 and Im a mom of 2 boys and also a nurse. I work in community mental health. I was born and raised in Upper Michigan, moved on to Chicago then Denver, but came back to the UP to raise my family. We are dog people and outdoorsy folk! We have 3 dogs and spend much of our time with them in the woods, or fishing, swimming, and things like that. The UP is beautiful for sure :)

All sorts from Bob Dylan to Ke$ha. Not a big heavy metal or country fan, though.

My favortie book of all time is A Prayer For Owen Meany. RIght now, Im reading Gone Girl.

Ok, I'll admit, I like the Twilight series (books were awesome too). I just love going to the movies. Since my kids are little, most of what I see suits them. I did really enjoy Frankenweenie. I like Tim Burton movies.

I dont watch much tv.

Im not real crafty, but I try!!! My efforts amuse my family :)

Almost forgot to mention... I'm a HUGE Green Bay Packers fan!!! Go Pack Go!
