I had breast cancer. Triple negative, stage 3. I had surgery, chemo, radiation, the whole nine yards. Not one of my most fun years, but it's over now and I'm fine. The cancer is gone, and I'm 9 years out of it right now. You will be fine. Just keep going to the treatments and remember to have fun when you can. My doctor told me that laughter is the best medicine, and you know what? He was right!
I received the fabric today. It is great. I plan on using the reds in a row quilt of the month project we are doing in the quilt guild I belong to. It is a snowman theme.
Thanks for the QnT wta! I love those charms! I had bought them as strips some time back because. I loved the bright colors with that dark grey. I will happily find a use for these! Thanks also for the embroidery thread :)
I wanted to let you know that I am using the QnT hand embroidered Black Butterfly block you sent me (2013) as a label on the back of a friends quilt. The friend asked me to do some repairs to his quilt and add a label because his mom made it for him when he was a kid and she has since passed. Your block is so lovely and makes a great label (after I added his mom’s name and other pertinent information to it in black permanent ink). Thank you for being a great swap partner and thank you again for the lovely butterfly block. I brought it into work to show my friend and he loves it!

Thank you for the pretty fabric for the QnT Feb WTA! And, for the floss - it's very spring! :)
