That's tough. I like action movies and comedies, but not slapstick or gutter humor and no cheesy blood and sexism...

I knit when I can (not often), I cross stitch occasionally. I've been more focused on painting and kid's crafts lately, since my 5 year old takes all my attention.

I'm a mostly happily married tomboy in my mid30s... still running around doing manual labor because nothing else feels like work. I adore living so near portland because it totally feels like home. my husband misses new orleans every day but I hated it there. Left-coast liberal pagan, born and raised. I have two cats, a snake, some crafts I don't devote nearly enough time to, a husband, an almost 5year old and a desperate quest for a big promotion... My background is culinary, I'm a huge snob for food, wine and beer. I love to read mysteries and thrillers and poetically worded novels. I feel like this is vague as hell, but I don't know what else to say... If this is a swap for kids, Max, my son is an over-sized wild animal. He loves superheroes from Marvel to Batman and all ninjas, from Lego Ninjago to Ninja Turtles. He loves to travel (we visit family regularly), loves his bear and is a super cuddly, fun guy. He is still learning to read and write, but loves books and music. He is vegetarian (most of the time) and OBSESSED with cheese and Clif Kid bars, like I think he lives on them. He is a huge flirt and tells terrible knock-knock jokes and fantastic stories and we've yet to convince him that his room is not actually full of scary ghosts.
