You are very welcome! To make postalettes, I just use an online envelope template, print it right onto my paper, and cut it out. This is a good one to use - see 6th one down on left - because it gives you writing lines on the inside. If you do it in draft, it shouldn't use too much ink. Alternatively, you could print this template. For a plastic template, I make my own using these thin plastic chopping mats that they sell at most dollar stores - much cheaper than stencil plastic.
