I am a religious woman who takes it seriously. I am not a fanatic and hope to never be. I do not push my beliefs off on other people.I am not out to convert any one and I do not want anyone trying to convert me. I am afraid that I do not believe in the bible and am not a bible thumper. The Bible was written by man for man and has too many contridictions in it. I do find that alot of the verses, psalms, and proverbs bring alot of comfort to me and uplifts me when I am down. I will try not to include religious items in my swaps unless I know that my partner would not mind them. You will find that I join religious swaps alot. I find them comforting to me. I believe that even though I am a christian woman I do need to live in todays society and I have never secluded myself or my family from todays times. I celebrate halloween, love horror and science fiction, love zombies, different types of music. But I have taught caring, compassion, community, modesty and service to others.

I like choir hymns (especially the children's choirs), country gospel and the oldies and soft rock. I also like the celtic women. I also love christmas cd's and buy them year round at the thrift stores. I also like buying christmas vhs's and dvd's. Have you guessed that christmas is always on my mind...lol.....I have just heard Adele and love her.

I love the craft books of crochet, easy general crafts and leaflets on all these subjects too. I like poem books and sentimental sayings and quotes. I do love my crochet books and magazines.

I do enjoy a good horror movie and of course science fiction. Movies about the apocolypse are interesting to me also. I just saw "The Road" and it was great, but such a sad one. I also watched "The Book Of Eli" wow that was awesome. But if I have to name a favorite type I would have to go with the Zombie movies.

I have a really long amazon wishlist and only think of it as a guide of things that I like and that would make me happy. But it is mainly a guide for my family and friends here when it comes time to buy me a present. I do not expect anyone to get something off of it.
