Hello! Wow, I actually made this account years ago but never used it until now.

I'm a 26 years old girl (Still think of myself as a girl, rather than as a woman. I wonder at what age I'll start to feel differently?) I work as an interior designer and I design mostly cinemas. I love what I do and it’s always fun to visit a cinema I was involved in and see how it’s doing. I have travelled to Singapore and Thailand to visit their cinemas and I hope to be able to travel to other countries as well in the next few years.

I love reading local beauty blogs and collecting beauty items. I have a truly terrific (or horrific depending on my mood) stash. I simply cannot help myself. I’ve build up a dresser full of cleanser, toner, moisturiser, serum, eye care, face masks and the likes. At last inventory, I have enough products to last til 2016! I’m a nail polish addict and I absolutely must have a different manicure every week. I used to change my manicure every two to three days but my work schedule no longer permits me to do so. So alas, I have learned to endure my chipped nails! Within the last year, I’ve also gotten into make up, so that’s still an ongoing collection.As you can seen from my avatar, I currently have green hair (actually, it’s much greener than the photo appears). I love experimenting with different colours but I try to mess with my hair less now. I used to have long hair but after trying a perm, I had to hack it all off since it was just too damaged. So now I’m starting fresh!

I love easy comedies like 2 Broke Girls, Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory, The Librarians. Absolutely LOVE Elementary and White Collar. Some older shows that I still like to watch from time to time are Pushing Daisies, Friends, Life, House MD, Heroes (Season 1).

I don't really focus on a particular genre and I'm always open to new music so feel free to add a playlist of music you like in your package! Some of my favourite acts are Blackmore’s Night, Within Temptation, Sia The Hush Sound, Bastille, Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers, The Civil Wars. Lately, I've been into indie music more and maybe it makes me a hipster but I get so mad when someone comes up to me and say, "Oh, you must listen to so and so." All I can think is that, "Hello, I've only been trying to convince you to listen to them since forever!"

I enjoy reading genres like chic lit, historical fiction, horror, suspense and thriller. Some of my favourite writers are Dorothy Koomson, Dean Koontz, Michael Crichton and Matthew Reilly.

I enjoy building architectural models (though I do this less frequently these days). I do a little graphic design here and there. I like scrapbooking and cardmaking.

Beauty Products!

I used to have a whole long list here but then I realised I'd never finish my own stash if I keep getting more in swaps! So now I'm putting up a more condensed wishlist:

• Decent quality make up brushes. I still consider myself rather an amateur with brushes so I feel I don't necessarily need to invest in expensive brushes yet.

• Nail polish and nail art. Creme, jelly, glitter, holographic, textured, I love them all! Finally, I've gotten my nail polish properly sorted into drawers, categorised by colour. I have every colour of the rainbow and then some! I usually use striping tape and water decals (so easy to use!) if I'm doing a design. I also have little stones and studs that I like to use.

• I'm always on the look out for fast drying top coats. I'm still 50/50 on Seche Vite. Sometimes it's just perfect and sometimes it pulls the edge off my manicure and just ruins everything (I sound so dramatic but nail art lovers will understand)! Sephora's oil helps to dry out a manicure to a certain extent but not 100%. I also have Butter London and Sally Hansen's fast drying top coats that I haven't gotten to try out yet.

• Body care. Shower gel/cream, body scrub. I like floral and fruity scents.

• Temporary tattoo sheets. Due to medication, I cannot get a real tattoo at the moment so I make do with fake ones.

• Religious items, I do not have much use for them but I am interested in history. Items like books/booklets/pamphlets on religious history are okay.

• Bookmarks

• Earrings due to allergies

• Ephemera like magazine or newspaper cut outs and stamp clippings.

• Keyrings

I always send my swaps out. If you do not receive within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me before leaving a negative rating. I will do the same if I do not receive a swap.

I mark a swap as sent once it goes into the mailbox. Swaps mailed on a weekend might only be collected on Monday, depending on which postbox or time it was dropped off. Swaps dropped off at an outdoor postbox may not be collected if it happens to be a very rainy day (yes, this does happen as Malaysia is a tropical country).
