Comment: Unfortunately I have to give this swap a 1. Item was marked sent on 6/13/28; since item did not arrive, I sent user a PM on 7/7/18 requesting a re-send; she responded on 7/8/18 stating that a re-send would be sent the next day. Today is July 30, and the re-send has not yet arrived. I should not have to contact a user multiple times regarding a re-send. Will re-rate once item is received.
