Response: By "quite late" this swapper is referring to about a week after the send date. When Swapbot was first established, the standard of waiting two weeks before rating had not been set. Some felt the "send by" date was the "receive by" date. This and the card above were part of the same time/same swap. There was a mix up in the delivery, but certain nothing so dramatic.

Response: As I recall, this woman received the cards two days after the send date and considered that as late. In the beginning of Swapbot, the standard of waiting two weeks before rating had not been established. The cards would obviously not be considered late by current standards. Sonora-7/13/07
