I thought maybe you just forgot to hit "sent items" since you're a newer user and mistakes happen. However, I found that you read my message that same day and have since not logged in. If the day ever comes that you do log in again and want to resolve the situation, I will gladly work with you. Until then, though, this rating will remain a 1. I'm sorry it had to work out this way.
