Comment: I have not received anything - in spite of the fact that 3 weeks ago I received an email from the flaker asking me if I'd received my ATC. Then she said she was going to send a replacement. How strange that neither one ever arrived. Interesting tactic, that . . . I'm fed up with being flaked. I sent some nice stuff for her to make an ATC - there is no reason why she couldn't create one. As soon as I'm able to rate, she will get a 1. I'll upgrade the rating if and when she ever sends me my ATC.
