Comment: I received this 2 months late. I contacted you via PM on Feb 4, 2016 and the message showed read, but I didn't get a response from you until I rated a "1". If you resent and communicated before I rated, I wouldn't have rated down.

Comment: Items did not meet requirements. She sent items that were used and dirty. They also smelled very strongly like smoke. The swap stated not to send cheap items. In my opinion anything under $1 would be cheap. I brought this to her attetion and she said one pen from a 52 set of generic gel pens was not cheap. The pen at most would be worth 50 cents, except it was also used. She went me a used washi tape that had lint and grime stuck to the sides. Her extra was a half used $1 memo sheet. I will post pictures soon of the condition of the items. She did include some note cards with envelopes which I did like, but I would not use cards that smell badly to write to other swappers. She was very negative in her response and told me she didn't want me to rate her at all. She also told me I was bullying her and threatened to report me to the admins. She has been very difficult to deal with I refuse to deal with her any longer. Complaining about her swap item's condition is not the same as bullying and I no longer want to speak to her any further. She is very difficult to deal with when there are swap problems involved.
