Woo oo ooowooo o ooo (ghost sounds) This swap is a direct rip off of misscorbeau's ATC swap ... per her suggestion. Thanks Kerri! Please use collage and /or mixed media to create one postcard for one partner. Just a little sumpin for Halloween that isn't the usual pumpkins, etc. Scary themes and/or scary images please. Plenty of time to make your card and since it's sender's choice, start now! This will be fun that it ends a week or so before Halloween and can arrive to one another in time for the scary night!! This is meant to be a naked postcard exchange but if you're concerned about successful delivery, feel free to put it in an envelope.

I had something that would have been perfect to collage with for this. Swap, but I just sent it to Fi In another swap... I think she'll love it though!

Speaking of Fi...=laugh= Could I ask, Angie, if we can extend the brief for this swap to include collages that are not necessarily scary, but are dark, surreal, &/or disturbing? Scary is such a hard thing to achieve, because it depends so much on the recipient's individual notion of what is scary for them. But most people can agree when an imageâ€”such as the wonderful one you have in the writeupâ€”is dark, surreal, &/or disturbing.

I love your idea of a no-pumpkins-allowed, no-Happy-Holiday swap for Halloween! I'm just hoping to tweak it a little bit....

Hi Fi. Yes. I'd say yes. Dark, surreal, disturbing fits in with scary. I think clowns on a roller coaster is scary, but I'm a light weight. Hee hee.
