Thanks to @amarama911 for letting me host a European swap similar to hers :) You will have 2 partners. Send your partners samples from at least 8 different tapes. This is preferably for paper tapes, but maximum 3 different glossy deco tapes is allowed. No plain color tapes. Sender's choice, but check profiles if you want a happy recipent. The samples must be a minimun of 40 cm for each tape. No recent (the last year) 1's and 3's, and you must have completed at least 5 type 2/3 swaps. You must have a rating of at least 4,98.
