30 DAYS OF LISTS

• Only 5-10 minutes per day are really needed for this swap. While you are waiting for someone, when you are the passenger in the car, when you are taking a break at work or just sitting at home watching TV. Really anytime you have a second just jot down your list from the journaling prompts below.

• These lists do NOT have to be in journal form. Just grab a random piece of paper, an envelope, a napkin, a receipt or whatever tickles your fancy. This is meant to be fun.

• Please be neat. Write so that your partner can read it.

• Must be handwritten.

• Can be decorated if you should choose to. It might be fun for your partner to have something nice to look at as well.

• Do them all at once or do them one at a time. Your choice.
