Tea For Thee # 37

When you say sealed tea bags how do you mean? I have lots of teas that are in tea bags but they do not have pouches. They came in canisters. Would sealing them in a plastic bag or homemade bag be considered sealed?

@Bvernon That would be considered loose leaf tea and doesn't qualify for the swap.

@dmwcheng Thank you very much I wanted to make sure about that, since I am a newbie I do not want to send something that is wrong.
